Hi! I'm
Caitlin Crawford (she/her)

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been providing mental health care in a variety of different capacities since 2012. I am passionate about helping folks navigate life in a way that feels supportive and brings alignment to mind, body and spirit. Being alive at this time in history can be challenging and overwhelming and I believe that there is no shame in seeking support. It is my aim to help you connect with your most authentic self in order to foster a meaningful and fulfilling life.

I am particularly passionate about helping folks who struggle with anxiety, panic attacks and overwhelming stress. I draw from a number of different therapeutic modalities depending on what makes most sense for you, including mindfulness and somatic approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy and attachment based therapy. My other interests include helping folks who struggle with low self-esteem and self-worth develop more self-compassion, as well as supporting people as they navigate major life transitions. Whatever the concern, I aim to provide a safe space for you to explore and go deeper without shame or judgment.

I view therapy as a wonderful tool to get rid of self-limiting beliefs, learn tools to improve your daily functioning, and ultimately bring your mind and body into increased harmony so that you can live more authentically and show up more fully.  Whatever path we walk, I will support you in a nonjudgemental way that is nurturing and compassionate yet honest and direct.
